General Provisions
These conditions are valid exclusively between the company Naturalia Ingredients S.r.l., with registered office at Via Rosario Ballatore, 5 – Mazara del Vallo (91026) TP, VAT number 02374540819, telephone number +39 0923.1958900, and email: info@naturaliaingredients.com, and any subject qualified as a “consumer” who makes online purchases on the website www.naturaliaingredients.com, hereinafter referred to as the “CUSTOMER.” These conditions may be subject to changes, and the date of online publication is equivalent to the date of entry into force.

These general conditions govern purchases made on the website www.naturaliaingredients.com, in accordance with articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, Consumer Code, section II of chapter I of Title III of Part III, to which reference is made as provided for by art. 60 of the Consumer Code.

ARTICLE 1 – Subject of the contract
With these general terms and conditions of sale, Naturalia Ingredients sells and the CUSTOMER purchases the articles offered for sale on the website www.naturaliaingredients.com. The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, by the CUSTOMER accessing the address www.naturaliaingredients.com and placing an order according to the procedure provided on the website.

ARTICLE 2 – Purchase procedure
The user interested in making a purchase must register on the website www.naturaliaingredients.com by completing the registration form in all its parts. This procedure will result in the back office receiving a registration request, which will be examined and possibly accepted. Based on the CUSTOMER’s profile, the customer service may decide to contact the CUSTOMER externally via email and conduct the negotiation outside the website. If the user’s geographical area is served by a distributor of Naturalia Ingredients products, the company reserves the right to direct the CUSTOMER to that distributor. If there are no impediments, the CUSTOMER’s account will be activated, and they can proceed with the purchase of products on the website.

ARTICLE 3 – Conclusion and effectiveness of the contract

  1. The sale will be considered concluded when Naturalia Ingredients sends the CUSTOMER an email confirming the order. The email contains the details of the CUSTOMER and the order, the price of the purchased goods, the shipping costs, and the shipping address to which the goods will be sent. The CUSTOMER is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data contained in it and promptly communicating any corrections.
  2. Naturalia Ingredients undertakes to describe and present the items sold on the website in the best possible way. Nevertheless, some errors, inaccuracies, or small differences between the website and the actual product may occur. Furthermore, the photographs of the products presented on www.naturaliaingredients.com do not constitute a contractual element but are for representation only.
  3. Naturalia Ingredients undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 days from the day following the confirmation of the order by the CUSTOMER.

ARTICLE 4 – Product availability

  1. The availability of the products refers to that at the time the CUSTOMER consults the product sheets; however, this should be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the website of multiple users, the products may be sold to others before the order is confirmed.
  2. Even after the email confirmation of the order by Naturalia Ingredients, cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods may occur. In this case, the CUSTOMER will be promptly informed and can decide whether to accept the delivery of only the available products or request the cancellation of the order by notifying it via email to: customerservice@naturaliaingredients.com.

ARTICLE 5 – Payment methods

  1. Each payment by the CUSTOMER can be made on the website www.naturaliaingredients.com through credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer. For payments made by credit card or PayPal, if the unavailability of a product is detected after the order is placed, Naturalia Ingredients will take the necessary steps with the payment operator to cancel the transaction related to the unavailable goods.
  2. Communications regarding payment and the data provided by the CUSTOMER at the time of payment occur on appropriate secure lines and with all the guarantees provided by the use of security protocols required by payment circuits.

ARTICLE 6 – Prices

  1. All selling prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website www.naturaliaingredients.com are expressed in euros and are displayed excluding VAT.
  2. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price but are indicated and calculated at the time of the conclusion of the purchase process before payment is made.
  3. The CUSTOMER accepts Naturalia Ingredients’ right to change its prices at any time; however, the goods will be invoiced based on the prices indicated on the website at the time of the order and confirmed in the email sent by Naturalia Ingredients as confirmation of the order acquisition.
  4. Shipping costs do not include any customs fees, which will be borne by the recipient and managed in the destination country through the appointed courier.

ARTICLE 7 – Right of withdrawal

  1. In accordance with the current legal provisions, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within a period of 14 days as provided by law, starting from the date of delivery of the products.
  2. If the CUSTOMER decides to exercise this right, they must proceed with the CREATION of a return procedure by sending an email to: customerservice@naturaliaingredients.com. The goods must be returned to: Naturalia Ingredients S.r.l., Via Rosario Ballatore, 5 – Mazara del Vallo (TP) – (91026). According to the law, the shipping costs related to the return of the goods are at the CUSTOMER’s expense. The goods must be returned intact, in the original unopened packaging with the adhesive tape still intact, complete with all its parts (including packaging and any documentation), and with the attached tax documentation. Subject to the right to verify compliance with the above, Naturalia Ingredients will proceed to refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days. The CUSTOMER will bear the costs of returning the goods and the costs of bank transactions.
  3. In case of receipt of products that do not conform to the orders or are defective, the CUSTOMER must communicate this, as provided by art. 132 of the Consumer Code, via email to: customerservice@naturaliaingredients.com. Subsequently, the CUSTOMER must proceed with the return of the product, specifying whether they wish to replace the item or request a refund. Naturalia Ingredients will contact the courier who, as far as available, will collect the goods. Naturalia Ingredients reserves the right to verify the contested non-compliance and, in case of confirmation, will proceed with the shipment of the replacement goods or refund with a credit to the card used or the bank account indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of purchase.

ARTICLE 8 – Delivery method

  1. Naturalia Ingredients accepts orders from all over the world. The products will be delivered via express courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of the order.
  2. For each order placed on the website www.naturaliaingredients.com, Naturalia Ingredients issues an invoice for the material shipped. The information provided by the CUSTOMER during the purchase procedure is used for invoicing. After the invoice is issued, no changes can be made to the data indicated therein.

ARTICLE 9 – Liability

  1. Naturalia Ingredients assumes no responsibility for malfunctions due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, including those due to malfunctions and disruptions of the internet.
  2. The availability of each item is only indicative, has no contractual nature, and cannot be attributed to the seller as a responsibility in the event of unavailability of one or more products.

ARTICLE 10 – Access to the website
The CUSTOMER has the right to access the website for consultation and making purchases. No other use, particularly commercial, of the website or its content is allowed. The integrity of the elements of this website, whether sound or visual, and the related technology used remain the property of Naturalia Ingredients and are protected by intellectual property law.

When will I receive the invoice for my purchase order?
The invoice is issued at the time of shipment, and a courtesy copy will be sent by email in the following days. The electronic invoice is sent to the Revenue Agency at weekly intervals. If you have not received your invoice, you can send an email to info@naturaliaingredients.com.

When will my merchandise arrive?

Is there a minimum order for which I don’t have to pay shipping costs?
No. Prices are EXW Mazara del Vallo (TP).

Can I pay the order upon delivery?
No. The only payment methods available are PayPal, Credit Card, and Bank Transfer.

I have already completed the order, but I need to modify it. What should I do?

Can I send my courier to pick up the order?
Yes. Inside the cart, you can select “Pick up at the office.” By proceeding with the order, there will be a space for notes where you can specify that your courier will pick up the goods. As soon as the merchandise is ready, we will send you an email with the weight and dimensions of the packaging and the warehouse address to instruct your carrier.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. Inside the cart, you can select “Pick up at the office.” By proceeding with the order, there will be a space for notes where you can specify that you will personally come to the store to pick up the products.

My order on the website is marked as “canceled,” but I received an email confirming the order.
The email is automatically sent by the system when the order is received. If the payment is not made subsequently, the order is canceled.

Your order will be automatically canceled by the system due to non-payment. You will need to place a new order online and make the payment.

The delivery of the order is for a third person who should not receive the copy of the invoice.
The order is usually shipped without an accompanying paper invoice, which will be sent via email directly to the billing address. For greater security, you can specify the request in the notes of your order.

Are the shipping costs for countries with customs also inclusive of customs clearance costs?
Customs clearance is excluded from the costs provided on the website.

I have an intracompany VAT number, how can I get prices without VAT?
The displayed prices are excluding VAT.

I have made the bank transfer, but I did not include the order number in the reason.

I need an official PDF quote for the bank, how can I request it?
Please follow the procedure on the website to place an order, choosing bank transfer as the payment method, and write in the order notes that you want to receive a PDF quote by email.

Is it possible to get a discount for large quantities?
Certainly, if you request goods for at least one pallet, you can contact us by email at customerservice@naturaliaingredients.com, and we will provide you with a formal dedicated offer.

Can I order even if I am a private individual?
The purchase is only allowed for companies with an active VAT number.

Do you have a price list for retailers?

Do you have retailers outside of Italy?
Certainly, you can inquire by email whether your area is available or not.

How can I become a retailer?

Can I avail of the right of withdrawal?
Yes. As per European legislation, the return is at the customer’s expense within 14 (fourteen) days from the purchase.

I need to make a return. What is the procedure?
You can send the non-compliant item back to the address Naturalia ingredients S.r.l., Via Rosario Ballatore, 5 – Mazara del Vallo (91025) TP. As soon as it returns to the warehouse, we will check the condition of the items, and if there are no problems, we will issue a credit note for the value of the returned items and initiate a refund process. The refund process takes about 15 days. If you wish, you can place a new order on our website at any time, regardless of the return process.

Within what time can I return a product?
The intention to withdraw must be expressed within the fourteenth day from the date of delivery of the goods by sending an email to: info@naturaliaingredients.com, as explained in our sales conditions.
