Product description:
Organic crystalline grape sugar -Organic solidified concentrated grape must from wine grapes*
It represents the naturally occurring sugar complex in grape must, consisting of glucose (approx. 50%) and fructose (approx. 50%).
* The product can be used as an organic ingredient in the food industry, as expressly indicated in the circular of the MIPAAF of 6 June 2012 (on the use of ion exchange resins in organic farming) which states that “organic wine products (including rectified concentrated must or “grape sugar”), produced in accordance with the provisions of Reg. 889/08 and 203/2012, when used as an ingredient in other processes, are to be considered organic products”.

Products
Naturalia sugars, available in different versions and certifications, are intended for both the food and wine sectors (only if produced from wine grapes and therefore derived from must and not juice).
Wine products can be certified organic according to EU regulations, and can also be used as organic ingredients in the food industry, as expressly stated in the MIPAAF circular of 6 June 2012.
